Plain-language summary: Kindly Club is designed for young children. We store only a local nickname on your device. We do not collect names, email addresses, photos, location, or any other personal information from children. There are no ads, no social features, and no third-party trackers inside the app.

We are committed to collecting the minimum information necessary to run the app.
We do not collect: real names, birth dates, photos, videos, voice recordings, contacts, precise location, IP addresses, device identifiers tied to a child, or any biometric data.
The Kindly Club app does not request and will never request access to your device's camera, microphone, or contacts. All interactions are tap-based.
There are no advertisements of any kind in Kindly Club. We do not use any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or behavioural profiling tools. App performance monitoring, if any, uses on-device-only diagnostics that do not transmit personal data.
Kindly Club contains no chat rooms, message boards, open-text fields visible to other users, or any social networking features. Children cannot communicate with other users or strangers through the app.
Kindly Club is directed to children under 13 and is designed to comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the FTC's COPPA Rule.
All child-facing data (nickname, progress, earned rewards) is stored exclusively on the device using the operating system's local secure storage. Uninstalling the app removes all this data. We have no server-side record of it.
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play. Kindly Club never sees your payment information. Billing records are governed by Apple's or Google's respective privacy policies.
We apply industry-standard security practices to any data we do hold (parent email addresses for the digest). Our app uses HTTPS for all network communication. We regularly review our data practices and update them as standards evolve.
Parent email addresses submitted to our waitlist are retained until unsubscription or deletion request. Local device data is retained until the app is uninstalled. We do not retain child data on our servers because we never receive it.
